SKY Kids Vancouver is Art of Living'\;s four-afternoon pr ogram for children ages 8–12. Through breathing and calming tools\, games\, movement\, and teamwork\, children build calm\, focus\, confidence\, commu nication\, and emotional steadiness. The program is led by certified SKY Ki ds instructor Nayna Trehan.
