Opportunity Description:

The Downtown Vancouver BIA has launched an exciting pilot program inviting you to volunteer as a Downtown Ambassador this summer. Reunite lost people with their parties, dance like nobodie’s watching to a Granville St. Busker, return lost puppies to their owners, and help give people the most memorable experience downtown has to offer so they remember that Vancouver is the _best city in the world_ to visit. Downtown Ambassador volunteers are out-going people who are social animals with a bubbly personality. A true Vancouverite, they thrive in all weather, rain or shine with a big smile on their face. Ambassadors are friendly, approachable and love the hustle and bustle of downtown. They enjoy spending time in downtown Vancouver and like sharing their experience with others. They are curious people who want to know all the new and exciting things happening in our city. They are also known to be foodies and have the 411 on all the shiny, new things in the best stores. If this sounds like you, we’d like to hear from you!
