Latincouver (BEER PLAZA COORDINATOR)

Description

Reporting to Project Manager, the person in this position is responsible for the efficient planning and execution of the Beer Garden Plaza during Carnaval del Sol.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

Responsible for all beer related tasks and activities
Responsible for being in contact with vendors
Search for possible sponsors
Liaise with Music Rentals Coordinator
Responds to customer inquiries regarding products
Performs maintenance duties such as dusting, sweeping and keep things clean
Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
Request all the permits needs for the plaza (sell alcohol, kids, music)
Provide all the supplies (tent, water, glasses, garbage, electricity)
Plan layouts and the entertainment programs, scheduling events
Organize facilities for traffic control, security and first aid
Develop all media support
Set up and tear down
Post event evaluation
Rent cash machines
Provide chair, tables, decoration
Give all the money collected after the Festival to Project Manager
