Volunteer with Camp Goodtimes!

Every year volunteers help create a magical summer camp experience for kids diagnosed with cancer and their families. At Camp Goodtimes we are proud to have a diverse volunteer community varied in age, experience and backgrounds. We believe this provides a strong and dynamic team that creates the best experiences and memories for all of our campers. We are currently looking for volunteers for the 2019 Camp Season. Be a volunteer at Camp Goodtimes and make a significant difference in the lives of children affected by cancer, and their families.

We have many volunteer roles at camp. From working directly with campers to more behind the scenes, if you have enthusiasm, initiative, and are dedicated to creating a space for kids to be kids, there is a role for you!  Roles include camp counsellors, dining hall assistants and arts and craft volunteers.

In addition to spending a session working with kids of various ages in a fun and rewarding environment, Camp Goodtimes volunteers also receive training from experts in pediatric oncology and child life development.

Qualifications:
Over 19 years of age
Vulnerable Sector Police Check
Standard First Aid and CPR-C
Up to date Immunization
