One to One Literacy (Donations coordinator)

We are currently seeking a motivated, organized Donations Coordinator volunteer to assist in securing donated raffle items for our annual Spelling Bee fundraiser. The Donations Coordinator will contribute to our fundraising team.

Expected Start Date: March 25, 2019                        Expected End Date: May 22th, 2019

Estimated Time Commitment:  12-15 hours

DELIVERABLES/DUTIES:

Communicating with donors to solicit raffle items
Maintaining a list tracking the status of donor requests
Organizing the pickup of items from donors
Sending thank-you emails recognizing the support of donors

QUALIFICATIONS:

Motivation to work independently,
Strong organizational skills to keep track of requests to donors,
Ability to travel to pick up donated items,
Communication skills to share project updates with the rest of the fundraising team.
