BC Lung Foundation (BC Lung Foundation Event Check-in)

• Appropriate for volunteers aged between 18 and 55
• Appropriate for volunteers aged 55 and over
• Training or orientation required

Join our amazing volunteer team and be part of a warm community at BC Lung Foundation Wonder gala. 

The Event Check-in will include / be required to: 

• Find guests names and account for them checking in  
• Must feel comfortable with sales  
• Sell drink tickets  
• Confident at greeting clients (you’re the events first point of contact)  
• Must know how to work / use an iPad 
• Should have an understand of websites and digital platforms, we use Givergy for registration 
• Must be organized & friendly  
• Check-in finishes around 7:30 but you’ll cover breaks for other event volunteers

The shift is 4:30pm – 9pm, a meal will be provided for your break.
