BC Lung Foundation (BC Lung Foundation Silent Auction Set-up & Monitor)

• Appropriate for volunteers aged between 18 and 55
• Appropriate for volunteers aged 55 and over
• Training or orientation required

Join our amazing volunteer team and be part of a warm community at BC Lung Foundation Wonder gala. 

The Silent Auction Set-up & Monitor will include: 

• You will set up and decorate the silent auction area 
• An eye for details and organized  
• Confident to interacting with guests and encourage auction sales   
• Support guests on the ipads to contribute / place their auction prices 
• Should have an understand of websites and digital platforms, we use Givergy for donations 
• Comfortable interacting and selling 

The shift is 4:30pm – 10:30, a meal will be provided for your break.  Your break will be covered between 8-9pm.
