Opportunity Description:


Reporting to Project Manager. The Cooking Classes Coordinator will be responsible for the logistical programming for the Cooking Classes at Experience  Plaza. Will be in charge to organize and provide all the requisite supplies.

Job Summary

  • Provide all kitchen supplies for Cooking Classes (electricity, washing stations, tents, tables, chairs, refrigerators, etc)
  • Responsible for set up and tear down the classes
  • Help the Coordinator plan the schedule of classes with consideration of other plaza`s schedules
  • Work with Marketing department and Social Media on promotion of cooking classes  
  • Work with Graphic design team on visuals for Experience Plaza (schedule etc)
  • Be in touch with all chefs to provide them all supplies needs
  • Looking for specific sponsor and vendors
  • Working closely with HR to recruit capable volunteers
  • Coordinate all kitchen stuffs
  • Provide any licence need
