Latincouver (FASHION SHOW BACKSTAGE COORDINATOR (FAMILY PLAZA))

The volunteer in this position provides support for fashion shows that are part of the Carnaval Del Sol programs, which will include:  

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

Helping in the Set up and Tear down  
Looking after the needs of the participating artists
Perform other actions as requested by team lead
Fetching and carrying items and equipment
Getting everything in place for the participating artists
Control the delivery of  all supplies for Fashion Show  (electricity, washing stations, tents, tables, chairs, refrigerators, etc)
HelpProject Manager with  planning the schedule of shows  with consideration of other plaza`s schedules
Work with Marketing department and Social Media on promotion of Fashion Show   
Work with Graphic design team on visuals for Family  Plaza (schedule etc)
Be in touch with all designers  to provide them all supplies needs
Looking for specific sponsor and vendors
Working closely with HR to recruit capable volunteers
