BC Lung Foundation (BC Lung Foundation Event Setup)

• Appropriate for volunteers aged between 18 and 55
• Appropriate for volunteers aged 55 and over
• Training or orientation required

Join our amazing volunteer team and be part of a warm community at BC Lung Foundation Wonder gala. 

The Event Setup will include: 

• Placing signage around the venue space  
• Setting up check in area & coat check  
• Support AV company with tasks  
• Setting up our large foundation photo op backdrop and marketing banners 
• Supporting with all event set up: Catering / Staging / Decorating / Bar  
• You may be required to lift boxes and assemble items  

The shift is 4:30pm – 7:30pm, a meal will be provided for your break.
