Opportunity Description:

Do you love adventures – in the city and at camp? Are you looking for opportunities to work with young leaders? Are you a woman 19 or older?

We are seeking new volunteers to help girls achieve greatness in the Kitsilano, Downtown and Cambie neighbourhoods.

We have a particular need for volunteers for three Guide units (9-11 year old girls) and one Pathfinder unit (12-14 year old girls). New volunteers will  join small teams of volunteers working together to plan weekly meetings, occasional weekend camps, and assorted adventures!

You can expect about 2-3 hours per week on an average week, plus extra time for camps. We provide great training and mentorship.

Guiding isn’t just great for girls: our adult members find friendship, professional and personal development, and some amazing adventures, too!
