Description The Human Resources Coordinator Support volunteer assists in all activities related to the recruitment of volunteers and work closely with the Human Resources Coordinator and Team Lead. Skills & Responsibilities Good interpersonal and social skills Passion for working with people Ability to work with diverse group of individuals Ability to work towards deadlines Ability to work with flexibility energy and commitment Ensuring all Human Resources needs are met Strong communication skills in English Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is an asset   Job Summary   Support all aspects of the recruitment process and intakes volunteers Assists in needs assessments to plan annual recruitment objectives Researches and participates in community recruitment opportunities Identifies and establishes partnerships with a variety of community groups to ensure a diverse volunteer base Assisting in developing strategies to meet targeted recruitment plans Coordinates and implements information sessions for potential volunteers Conducts required screenings and interviews Help in the orientation processes, training and provide day-to-day support Ensuring all volunteers receive appropriate orientation Monitors new volunteers and provides feedback on performance Benefits Expand your professional contacts Gain valuable human resources coordinating experience Reference letter upon completion Start Date As soon as possible How to Apply: Check out the different possibilities you can have with us, and fill out the application form on our website: http://www.latincouver.ca/be-a-volunteer/
