Opportunity Description:

Job Description: Assist with writing, editing and publishing press releases, media advisories, notices, publications, Facebook postings, and other materials promoting BCPA. Create, assemble and mail publicity for special events and programs. Update social media as instructed Produce publicity photos of events and send to media contacts as requested. Dependably meet deadlines. Availability to come in to the office one day per week. QUALIFICATIONS: Positive attitude Willingness to learn and succeed. Proven journalism skills. Experience in marketing. Computer/typing skills using MS Office Suite: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher; Internet; Facebook and other Social Media tools. Interest in Psychology Innovative ideas REQUIREMENTS: Minimum age of 18 years. Ability to communicate effectively. TRAINING: Training on the job, working alongside the Education Coordinator.
