Description
Plaza Coordinators support the recruitment of new talent by working closely with Human Resources to recruit, interview, and select all professionals for each proposed activity of the Plaza. This positions reports to the Project Manager.
Skills
Self-starter
Strong written and verbal communications skills in English
Ability to relate to the many different entities involved in the planning and execution of the Festival
Strong Organizational skills
Be comfortable interacting with the general public, and event guests
Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
Responsible to contact and recruit talent for specific Plaza activities
Producing detailed proposals for each plaza activity (timeline, schedule, venues, legal obligations, staffing and budget)
Provide supplies for plaza activities (search for the best price materials)
Organizing facilities for traffic control, security and first aid
Developing all media support
Work together with Human Resources to find capable volunteers to work with the specific Plaza and its activities
Recognizing and implement all needs for each plaza
Post-event evaluation
