Opportunity Description:

The President stands for a two-year term in the Executive Committee of the VWMS. The ideal volunteer would: love music, want to support young musicians, have previous board leadership experience and have an understanding of not-for-profit societies.

The President is supported by the Past President (who has served in the Executive for 13 years) and a very strong, committed group of volunteers. The job entails attending monthly recitals whenever possible, attending one meeting per month (over Zoom), and approximately 8-10 hours of work per month.
