Diabetes Canada executed the first ever Pump Couture Fashion show in Mississauga, Ontario in June 2022. The event exceeded all expectations from both a fundraising and awareness standpoint. Pump Couture was an inclusive fashion show that started to change the conversation about the stigma of living with diabetes. This unique and dynamic event features healthcare professionals and those living with type 1 and type 2 diabetes.
With the success in 2022, we are excited for the Inaugural 2023 Pump Couture Cross Canada Tour in the following 4 locations: Nova Scotia, Ontario, Saskatchewan and British Columbia.
Join us and be a part of our select committee member as we grow this fundraising event in Vancouver. Committee members are needed to support sponsorship and auction procurement asks, securing financial donations from targeted businesses, and identifying and/or recruiting potential models that have the capacity to support the event though peer to peer fundraising.
