Opportunity Description:

The Cascadia Project, an indie theater festival on Granville Island featuring the original plays of six emerging and established Vancouver playwrights, needs stage-hands for its two week run.
The festival runs from September 26 to October 7, and the stage-hands will need to be present for all thirteen performance times (three hours each) and additional times for set-up and clean-up before and after the festival.

Stage-hands will be responsible for keeping things organized back-stage (props and costumes) and moving set pieces and props in between scenes / performances. Stage hands must be able to do a bit of lifting (tables, chairs, boxes, etc).

This is an awesome opportunity to get involved in the theater scene and meet playwrights, actors, and theater techs!
