Marketing Manager
Latincouver Cultural & Business Society – Vancouver, BC (Volunteer or Internship 6 Months)We are a non-profit organization that brings together both Latin Americans and Latin enthusiasts living in BC. Latincouver is the modern-day plaza. With us, professional connections are made, and entrepreneurs get the help they need for their businesses to grow and succeed. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Create content for company website and social media.
Prepare and deliver promotional presentations.
Updating and maintaining marketing department documentation and database.
Use marketing analytic techniques to gather important data.
Managing events, booking venues and ordering marketing materials.
Assist in organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns.
Liaise with partners and stakeholders.
Design and create marketing collateral.
Manage activation booths.

The Ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills

Must have previous experience of working in a marketing department.
Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
Must have exquisite communication skills.
Demonstrable ability to multi task and adhere to deadlines.
Excellent knowledge of MS office and online analytics tools.
Preferred high school diploma in marketing business or relevant field.
Confident, outgoing team player with a proactive can-do attitude.
Must be self-motivated to prioritize workload, and meet critical project milestones and deadlines.
Knowledge in digital marketing and social media campaigns
Strong organizational skills.
