Every year since 2013 we’ve been hosting an annual fundraising gala called Swing Into Spring (#SwingIntoSpring). This year we have changed our fundraiser to the fall and it is called the Fall Fling. Here’s a link to information about our 2017 gala, our biggest yet, which features CBC’s Stephen Quinn as our emcee and well-known entertainer David C. Jones. http://disabilityalliancebc.org/fall-fling/ We’re seeking volunteers to help with the fundraising gala on October 4th, 2017 at Vancouver’s Italian Cultural Centre. It will feature dinner, live and silent auctions, entertainment, a raffle, and our Employer of the Year Awards. Tasks/responsibilities will include: Greeting and directing guests, Monitoring silent auction, Help with set-up and tear down, and Selling raffle tickets.
