Opportunity Description:

Silver Harbour Seniors’ Activity Centre is seeking a volunteer watercolour painting instructor to work for two hours weekly with a group of seniors of various skill and experience levels. Please direct inquiries to Fairlith Harvey at fairlith@silverharbourcentre.com

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

  • Proficiency in basic and advanced watercolor techniques (although this need not be the primary or only medium of your own artistic practice).
  • Ability to plan lessons for at least one semester (two-three months of weekly classes).
  • Passion for teaching.
  • Able to teach in English.
  • Realize the importance of socialization to all members.
