Opportunity Description:

The Aviation Leadership Foundation is a national non-profit organization based in Vancouver. We are run by a volunteer Board of Directors who oversee a number of committees to manage our various leadership development programs. We are presently seeking a passionate and positive person interested in joining our organization to help develop and maintain the Aviation Leadership Foundation’s Membership Program. Involvement or previous experience in the aviation industry are not required. We are seeking someone willing to make a long-term commitment (6-12 months). As we are deeply committed to leadership learning, there will be many opportunities to grow in this position; there will be options to potentially join or manage other Foundation projects, if desired. The person in this position can expect to: -Have excellent organizational skills and enjoy paying attention to detail -Work directly with the Board of Directors and various Committee Chairs and Members -Be positive, capable, and willing to devise practical ideas and solutions -Have the ability to see the big picture and work unsupervised within it to produce results   Please visit our website to find out more about our organization.
