Opportunity Description:

The main duties of the Grant Writer: Familiarise themselves with an organisation’s programs, goals and financial needs Look into potential funding sources Prepare grant proposals, beginning by performing research Write grants proposals in accordance of above Keep careful records to track proposals Commitment required: One clinic meeting per month Weekly support work (about 5 hours/wk) from home Own computer needed Desired Qualifications Efficient organisation, interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and to take initiative Familiarity with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel/or ability to learn quickly & Interest in supporting a Feminist social profit initiative and Feminist, Narrative Therapy
