Are you passionate about your community? Do you believe that all people should have equal access to the things that keep them strong and healthy? The come and join us at the YMCA of Greater Vancouver as we campaign to create equal access for all.
The Y is a charity–in fact we’re Vancouver’s oldest charity–and we’ve been building community in Vancouver since 1868. Our Annual Campaign volunteers are essential in helping us achieve our mission–a community where everyone has the opportunity to reach their full potential. Our volunteers take on several different roles, from raising awareness in the community about the YMCA to helping with fun events to going out and raising funds. All funds raised support our annual campaign to assist children, youth, families and seniors to access YMCA programs, like swimming for kids, heart health programming for seniors, childcare, and of course YMCA Camp.
