Discover Dance! Aeriosa

The Dance Centre’s popular Discover Dance! noon hour series features Vancouver’s spectacular aerial dance company, Aeriosa. Bringing together the athleticism of rock climbing and the grace and artistry of dance, Aeriosa uses rope rigging systems to create unique three dimensional performances that re-interpret gravity, unlock new movement possibilities, and inspire audiences. Choreographer and Artistic Director Julia Taffe introduces a program of theatre-based work and provides revealing insights into this exciting dance genre.
