Tupper Young Parents Alternative Program

Tupper Young Parents Alternative Program is a collaborative program involving the Vancouver Board of Education and the Y.W.C.A. The core focus of the program is to facilitate student building life-long skills and confidence that will allow them to meet the academic and personal challenges of parenting, not just while in the Young Parent Program, but in the challenging years beyond the program.
