Parkinson Society British Columbia is the voice of British Columbians living with Parkinson's. Our purpose is to ease the burden and find a cure for Parkinson's disease through advocacy, education, research and support services.
The Gathering Our Voices (GOV) organization hosts a week long event once a year for Indigenous youth to participate in a wide variety of workshops and cultural events. Self Discovery Community is a media and fundraising platform that supports coaches and other organizations through radio blog videos and books which substitutes payment for services for those who cannot afford them. Using Self Discovery Radio as its media marketing platform, we bring awareness and support to those who are in transition in life and in need support getting back on their feet.

The labyrinth at St. Paul’s Church is a walking meditation space. Based on the medieval floor pattern at Chartres Cathedral in France, it features a singular path in to the centre of the space and back out again.  The ancient rite of waking a labyrinth can be a way to quiet the mind, find balance, encourage insight and reflection. The labyrinth is open to all people as a meditative, spiritual practice and cross-cultural tool of well-being. Regular operating hours with walking in silence, to recorded or live music. Tues to Fri : 8:30 am to 9:30am Sat : 10am to 12 noon Sun : 9:30am to 12:30pm 2nd and last Friday : 7pm to 9pm Free admission. Donations welcome. Chairlift accessible. The labyrinth is managed by the St. Paul's Labyrinth Guild.
Ignite the Warmth Society is a grassroots, registered non-profit organization aiming to bring awareness to the issues of homelessness and poverty through three main fronts: facilitate, educate, and communicate. Our goal is to explore how we can begin to eliminate that stigma of homelessness and how students can engage with the issues of poverty that exist in our own neighbourhood.

Located in the heart of North Vancouver, Silver Harbour Seniors' Activity Centre is a recreational centre designed to inspire and enhance the physical and mental well-being of adults 55 plus. We offer a wide range of social, creative, educational, and physical activities as well as numerous services for seniors. We rely on the expertise and commitment of volunteers and the support of a number of dedicated funders and donors.
