Neworld Theatre creates, produces, and tours new plays and performance events. We tell stories that are as complicated and contradictory as the enormously small country we live in. Historically, our work is rooted in an experience of ethnic and cultural diversity. While diversity remains a core value, our programming now asks a broader range of questions about responsibility, identity, and difference.

Vancouver Kiwanis Music Festivals is the oldest and largest music festival in BC with a mission to help “Inspire Musical Excellence”. VKMF produces four annual festivals encompassing the Jazz Band Festival, Choral Festival, Concert Band and Orchestra Festival and the Solo and Small Ensemble Festival.

The ACT Arts Centre, open since 2003, provides excellence in Arts Programs, Gallery Exhibitions and Performing Arts Presentations, along with being home to many cultural and community events, reaching over 70,000 patrons annually. The award winning ACT Presents Season offers 30-50 performances each season. These presentations attract close to 10,000 patrons annually, while the ACT Art Gallery sees over 7,000 guests. Our Arts Learning Programs register approximately 3,500 participants annually.

The Britannia Mine Museum Society is a registered charity incorporated in 1971. Our mandate is to preserve BC's mining heritage and to educate the public about mining through the operation of the Britannia Mine Museum. OUR MISSION To inspire the exploration of individual and societal connections to British Columbia's mining; its past, present and future. Ruby Slippers Theatre’s vision is a world where diversity is celebrated through a deeper understanding of each other. To bring this vision to reality, RST illuminates under-represented perspectives and inspires independent critical thought by giving voice to diverse, female-identifying artists and by premiering significant Québec works in English translation on the West Coast.

The Vancouver Asian Heritage Month Society is a registered secular non-profit organization with year-round programming in the arts and culture scene. Our mission is to foster, promote and celebrate the arts and cultural diversity that Asian-Canadian communities bring to Canadian society. Since 1996, VAHMS has worked closely with local Asian-Canadian communities and organizations that support our vision of becoming the main hub for celebrating Asian-Canadian arts and culture in the Metro-Vancouver area.
