Taekwondo Canada (TC) is a National Sport Organization that oversees the practice of the sport of Taekwondo in Canada. As part of the World Taekwondo, and a member of Sport Canada and the Canadian Olympic Committee, TC runs the National team and High performance Programs as well as domestic and development programs in Canada.

The Jua Centre is a non-profit organization with a presence in the Ottawa region that empowers African, Caribbean, and Black girls and young women aged 10 to 19. It focuses on building leadership, STEM, and green skills in environmental sustainability and climate action.
Key Focus Areas and Activities
Youth Empowerment: Connecting youth to climate action, science literacy, and community leadership roles.
Workshops: Offering interactive educational sessions focused on climate literacy and problem-solving for ages 8-18
Operations: Operating with remote and hybrid involvement based out of Ottawa
In August 2007 we started the "Gaby Davis Foundation" in memory of our daughter Gabrielle Davis who lost her battle with childhood cancer in March 2007. Her brave fight against cancer and her thoughtfulness towards other children with cancer inspired us to help other families fighting this terrible beast. The Gaby Davis Foundation seeks to improve a child's quality of life during cancer treatment by providing financial aid and support to children with cancer and their families at BC Children's Hospital, Surrey Memorial Hospital and Canuck Place. We believe that children with cancer will receive the most consistent medical care when their parents can focus on them, rather than the additional burdens caused by a cancer diagnosis.
With a mission to "Inspire Musical Excellence" and a life-long love of music VKMF is a in it's 95th year. Taking place April 9-30th in various venues across Vancouver, with over 6000 participants of all ages attending. Volunteer for a variety of exciting roles and shifts. The British Columbia Francophone Calendar (Calendrier francophone de la Colombie-Britannique) was founded primarily to meet the demand of Francophone youth and adults to be informed of events that will take place in French in their region. Our goal is to set up a calendar of Francophone events to facilitate public access to activities and events in French in British Columbia. Since 2016, the CFCB has communicated with the community via Facebook, Instagram, our online calendar and newsletter, all the information relating to French-speaking events across the province.
Our main focus is to restore local community connections through creating art that is dedicated and donated to fellow humans in need of emotional support, especially elderly and children. Our goal is to spark a conversation, inspire creativity, and ignite a meaningful interaction between people of all walks of life, rooted in love, kindness, and compassion. Art is a universal language with a much greater purpose than just being beautiful. When art is created with the intention to be for the good of others, it uplifts the spirit, builds bridges, and becomes an evolutionary tool with huge transformational power.

ARIA Society is committed to serving the Iranian and Farsi-speaking immigrants, refugees, and women in our community. Through settlement assistance, language support, and cultural orientation, we aim to help newcomers understand their rights, access Canadian institutions, and establish themselves in a country they will one day call home. We also offer programming specifically for Iranian and Farsi-speaking women, designed to address the stark realities many have faced: sexual violence, domestic abuse, human rights violations, and systemic barriers to advancement in certain academic and professional domains. The need within the Iranian diaspora runs deep, but the response to it has so far been shallow. We are working hard to change that.
The Prince George Regional Kerala Cultural Association (PGRKCA) is a community organization based in Prince George, BC, dedicated to promoting and preserving the cultural heritage of Kerala, India. The association organizes various cultural events, social gatherings, and festivals to celebrate Malayali traditions and connect the local Malayali community. Through these activities, PGRKCA aims to foster a sense of unity and cultural pride among its members.
Conscious connection to Mother Nature through kayaking and safety for all age ranges, including the elderly and disadvantaged.
