Crossreach Project of Vancouver

Crossreach Project of Vancouver is a non profit Adult Day Center for seniors in the community located in Kitsilano. The mission of Crossreach is to support people to remain at home while they age by providing social services that promote the dignity and well-being of the participant and their families and/or caregivers. We are partially funded by the provincial government to provide this service. Our clients are referred to our program through the local community health unit following an assessment by a community home and health case manager.

Clients attend on average two times a week and the hours of the program are 10:00 to 3:00 Monday to Friday. While at Crossreach, clients are engaged in therapeutic activities and structured programming. We also provide a 3 course meal for lunch.
