Point Grey Village Business Improvement Association

Point Grey Village is one of the 22 Business Improvement Areas (BIAs) in Vancouver. It is managed by the Point Grey Village Business Association, a non-profit organization that each business and property owner on West 10th Avenue between Discovery and Tolmie Streets is a member of.

Our BIA has a two fold mandate:

1) To improve, beautify and maintain public lands & buildings within the BIA, beyond what is provided by the municipality at large.

2) To promote the areas as a business and shopping area – including eateries, shops and services – beyond what businesses can do individually. BIA benefit local economies through various initiatives.
