Opportunity Description:

The End-of-Night Pick-Up Support volunteer ensures a seamless experience for guests collecting their auction winnings or other items at the end of the event. Using the OneCause platform, you will assist in locating and distributing items, verifying guest details, and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist with Guest Check-Out: Use the OneCause platform to verify auction winners, confirm payments, and locate items for pick-up.

· Distribute Items: Retrieve and hand out items to guests based on the verified information in the system, ensuring accuracy.

· Provide Guidance: Help guests understand the pick-up process, answer any questions, and address concerns with a professional demeanor.

· Maintain Organization: Ensure the pick-up area remains tidy, organized, and efficient throughout the process.
