Opportunity Description:

The largest annual dragon boat festival in North America is taking place on the shores of False Creek by Science World on June 24-25. Come volunteer in this exciting festival that includes cultural entertainment, beer garden, food trucks and of course, dragon boat racing! Some positions require a background check, food safe or serving it right which will be paid for if you don’t have it. A variety of volunteer positions awaits so please come join us!

2023 Fraser Valley MS Bike

Description: MS Bike is the largest fundraising cycling series in North America. Cyclists of all ages and fitness levels across Canada come together each year to end Canada’s disease: multiple sclerosis.  With hundreds of participants, volunteers are needed to help with every aspect of the entire event. This is a great opportunity to make an impact in your community using your talent and time. There are various areas on site (Site set up/wrap up, parking control, participant check in area, rest stop set up/attendants, route marshalling, food & beverage area, start/finish line cheering, volunteer check‐in) where volunteer help is needed to ensure that this event runs smoothly and participants have a great experience while they are cycling to raise critical funds to support those effected by MS. Interested? Here’s what we’re looking for: · Energizing and Positive Attitude.
