Opportunity Description:

The volunteer in this position provides support for fashion shows that are part of the Carnaval Del Sol programs, which will include:  

 

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

 

• Helping in the Set up and Tear down  
• Looking after the needs of the participating artists
• Perform other actions as requested by team lead
• Fetching and carrying items and equipment
• Getting everything in place for the participating artists
• Control the delivery of  all supplies for Fashion Show  (electricity, washing stations, tents, tables, chairs, refrigerators, etc)
• HelpProject Manager with  planning the schedule of shows  with consideration of other plaza`s schedules
• Work with Marketing department and Social Media on promotion of Fashion Show   
• Work with Graphic design team on visuals for Family  Plaza (schedule etc)
• Be in touch with all designers  to provide them all supplies needs
• Looking for specific sponsor and vendors
• Working closely with HR to recruit capable volunteers
