Want to be a part of Vancouver’s largest visual arts event of the year? Join our volunteer team for the 25th annual Eastside Culture Crawl!

Our “Crawlunteers” are crucial to the operation of our organization—this year, more than ever. We are pleased to offer an in-person Culture Crawl experience, with safety at the forefront, as we continue to connect artists, craftspeople, and designers with the community. Now in its 25th year, the Eastside Culture Crawl offers unparalleled, intimate access for artists and the community to connect through open studio weekends, exhibits, workshops & demos, and artists talks.

2021 Festival dates are two Open Studio weekends:

November 12–14 by appointment only (Fri: 5–10pm, Sat & Sun: 11am–6pm)
November 18–21 (Thu & Fri 5–10pm, Sat & Sun 11am–6pm)

All Volunteers will be required to follow recommendations of the Provincial Health Officer of BC, maintain physical distance, and wear masks. This year, all attendees must be prepared to show proof of vaccination.

Duties this year include:

Greeting and checking-in attendees for appointments (weekend 1); verifying vaccination passports and ID (weekend 1 & 2)
Ensuring attendees in lineups are adhering to physical distancing protocols
Ensuring safety supplies (hand sanitizer) and festival materials (maps) are available to attendees

Please note all volunteers must be 19+.
