Theatre Under The Stars (Front of House Volunteer)

• Appropriate for youth (i.e., less than 18)
• Appropriate for volunteers aged between 18 and 55
• Appropriate for volunteers aged 55 and over
• Training or orientation required

Working with the Front-of-House Manager, FOH Volunteers are responsible for creating and enhancing the patron experience of our musical theatre shows at Malkin Bowl. Our volunteers provide guests with courteous and swift service in many areas, including greeters, box office, coffee bar, guest services, photo booth and ushering.

Front of House Volunteer positions include, but are limited to:

• Greeters
• Box Office Attendants
• Ticket Scanners
• Coffee Bar
• Bartenders
• Guest Services (Museum and Gift Shop)
• Photo Booth Attendant
• Programs & Cushions Booth
• Ushers

Volunteers get to watch the shows between shifts, and for every twenty hours of volunteering get two tickets for themselves or their friends. They also get entered in draws to win weekly prizes! As a volunteer, you will meet lots of new people, gain valuable skills, and get insight to the arts & theatre industry here in Vancouver!
