RUNVAN (Volunteers for 2023 Turkey Trot and Great Trek events)

• Training or orientation required

Vancouver International Marathon Society welcomes you to join its family and help stage the greatest running events in the city.

Volunteer Registration is now officially open for the 2023 Granville Island Turkey Trot (October 9) and 2023 Great Trek presented by BlueShore Financial (October 28) events.

Volunteer roles include: course marshals, information ambassadors, and water station crew, among others. You can sign up as an individual volunteer or as part of a team, so don’t hesitate to share this opportunity with your family and friends!

Why should you volunteer for this opportunity?

You will develop your team skills by working with a diverse group of staff, volunteers, and sponsors while expanding your network and connecting with local organizations, businesses, community groups and events. As a volunteer, you will receive a t-shirt and snacks during your shift. In addition, a certificate will be provided upon request.
