Opportunity Description:

Looking for youth volunteers to help fundraise for the cause of menstrual equity. All profits will go towards the Downtown Eastside Women’s Centre.

Date: February 16th

official fundraising time: 12:00 to 16:00, split into two shifts. Setting up may require early arrival.

Role: standing at the fundraising table, attracting passer-by to donate either in cash or online through QR codes (sign and poster provided), and keeping track of donations.

Place: one station at Kerrisdale Scotiabank, one outside Richmond Brighouse Skytrain Station.

Volunteer hours will be provided. Bonus 1 hour for every $30 donated.

** First shift volunteers would need to set up, while second shift volunteers are required to pack up.
