Opportunity Description:

The VUFS Board of Directors is currently recruiting new Members-at-Large, with a particular focus on candidates with expertise in the areas of Fund Development, Law, and Policy. The ideal candidates would have a background in one of the fields listed above, strong professional connections, an interest in urban and/or small-scale sustainable agriculture, and the desire to strategically apply their expertise to supporting our organization. Time Commitment The Member-at-Large position is a 2-year term with an approximate time commitment of 5 hours per month. Please note that while VUFS currently convenes monthly for board meetings, we are moving toward a committee structure where we will be meeting less frequently as a board, and more in small groups.
