The BC Chapter of the American Marketing Association has been this provinceās leading marketing source since 1955. As one of the most highly regarded chapters in North America, BCAMA was awarded with the prestigious international āChapter of the Yearā Award in each of the three years spanning 1994-1997, as well as numerous other awards over the last 20 years.
The BCAMA is made up of over 500 members, and has a contact database of over 3,000 BC marketing, advertising, and communications professionals. A non-profit association, BCAMA is made possible by a dedicated team of volunteers including Board Members, Committee Members, and Sponsors.

The BC Association of Aboriginal Friendship Centres (BCAAFC) is the umbrella association for the 25 Friendship Centres throughout the Province of British Columbia.
The Friendship Centre Movement began in the 1950s. The movement represents a national network, united by the vision of a vibrant society that supports Indigenous peoples and a brighter future in Canada.
Friendship Centres are community hubs. They offer culturally safe programs and services, and provide a welcoming space for all members of the community to share knowledge and connect with others.
This opportunity is to support Gathering Our Voices, the largest Indigenous youth gathering across BC and Canada.

The BC Artisan Marketing Society (BCAMS) has undertaken the establishment of a fund that will provide scholarships to deserving emerging artisans so they may continue their post graduate education and training.
The fund is in its infancy, but will grow rapidly through public donations and sponsorships that the BCAMS will seek at the artisan market events it produces throughout the year.
Once the fund reaches a sustainable level, scholarship amounts will be announced by the BCAMS directors and application criteria will be posted and invitations to apply distributed throughout the artisan community. A panel of accomplished artisans will make the final selection of the winner, chosen from among successful applicants.
BC & Alberta Guide Dogs breeds, raises and professionally trains Guide Dogs for individuals who are blind/visually-impaired, and Autism Support Dogs for children with moderate to profound autism aged 3-10Ā and their families. It takes two years and upwards of $35,000 to produce one certified dog, provided free of charge to the recipient.

The primary mandate of the OCD Clinic is to provide provincial specialized consultation for children and youth age 6-18 with complex Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and related disorders who have not responded to community treatment resources. In addition, the OCD clinic provides education to families, community clinicians, schools and public health agencies, which includes community education events. Furthermore, the OCD Clinic conducted research to increase our understanding of the etiology and needs of youth with OCD and related disorders, along with their families, and to also inform evidence-based practice. Research on the causation, long-term course and treatment of OCD is an integral aspect of the clinicās activities.

Autism Speaks Canada (ASC) is the leading autism science organization, and thanksin part to the Walk as supported over 200 organizations with a total of $3,400,000Ā to help enhance Autism Services in Canada. Ā ASC will be holding our annual fundraiser walk Sunday, September 30th at theĀ Pacific Autism Center in Richmond, B.C. This event offers participants a free fun-filled day, with free lunch, bands and interactive booths.
