The overall goal of the Prospera Valley Granfondo is to create a legacy event for the Fraser Valley, by partnering with likeminded organizations such as Cycling BC, the vision of CVEMS can be realized by targeting youth within the local education system and guiding them to make healthy living choices. This in turn will help nurture the next generation that will result in a net positive benefit for the society of the Fraser Valley as a whole.
Protein Project subsidizes much needed protein for Food Banks in BC & Alberta. The Protein Project is a community partner in the 50 Million Meals Campaign offering Fair Trade Kampot Pepper - the best pepper in the world. If 1/10th of one percent of pepper lovers chose Kampot Pepper we can deliver 50 Million Meals through the food bank system.
Providence Health Care (PHC) is the largest Catholic-operated health care organization in Canada and provides health care services to all ages across the full continuum of care. Providence Health Care is comprised of eight health care providers which include: Holy Family Hospital, Mount Saint Joseph Hospital, St. Paulâs Hospital, St. Vincent's Brock Fahrni and Langara, Youville Residence, St. Johnâs Hospice, Honoria Conway.
The PuSh International Performing Arts Festival is one of Vancouverâs signature events. Produced over three weeks each January, the PuSh Festival presents groundbreaking work in the live performing arts.
The PuSh Festival expands the horizons of Vancouver artists and audiences with work that is visionary, genre-bending, multi-disciplined, startling and original. The Festival showcases acclaimed international, Canadian and local artists and mixes them together with an alchemy that inspires audiences, rejuvenates artists, stimulates the industry and forges productive relationships around the globe.
This is an initiative started during Covid Pandemic to help teach Punjabi to people of all ages. We have been remotely teaching Punjabi to students all around the world. Our volunteers are fluent in both Punjabi and English. Since Punjabi Schools and Traditional methods of learning Punjabi were challenged during the lockdown, we have created a system that allows you to take full benefit of learning Punjabi and getting your volunteer hours based on your availability and flexibility in your schedule.

RAVEN is a non-profit charitable organization that provides financial resources to assist Aboriginal Nations within Canada in lawfully forcing industrial development to be reconciled with their traditional ways of life, and in a manner that addresses global warming or other ecological sustainability challenges.
The GranFondo is North America's largest Fondo and Canada's largest cycling event. It is a world class ride from Vancouver to Whistler along the Sea to Sky Highway. The course is 122km and leads to an exciting celebration in Whistler.
As the largest family fun run in Vancouver, RBC Race for the Kids inspires participants to raise funds for BC Children's Hospital. On Sunday, June 3, RBC Race for the Kids will host runners and walkers of all ages and abilities on a scenic 2 km or 5 km Fun Run, followed by a carnival celebration. It is our goal to raise over $1 million at this yearâs run, but we canât do it without the support of our participants and fundraisers. By collecting donations and taking part in RBC Race for the Kids, you are helping us learn more about childhood cancer and mental health conditions, and doing your part to support BC kids!

Services we provide include: primary health care within a team setting, groups and health education, dental services, pharmacy, counseling, social work services, and the Multicultural Family Centre. We are a registered charity governed by an elected Board of Directors. Our board regularly undertakes community consultations and updates our strategic plan, strategic direction and values statement. REACH is also a member of The Canadian Alliance of Community Health Centre Associations (CACHCA).
The Vancouver International Marathon Society RUNVANÂŽ is the non-profit, volunteer-run organization, responsible for organizing the BMO Vancouver Marathon, Vancouverâs only marathon event. The Society is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and delivers running events with a mandate to inspire active lifestyles and celebrate the value sport delivers to our communities. The event relies on the support of nearly 4,000 volunteers annually and has helped runners raise over $15 million for charity. Rabbitats is a volunteer-run organization that survives off the donations of wonderful people like you. Every cent we receive goes towards rescuing feral and abandoned rabbits: paying for veterinary care, finding good homes, and building sanctuaries.
Large numbers of abandoned domestic rabbits can be safely, securely and happily housed in indoor or outdoor ârabbitatsâ built in conjunction with animal shelters, pet rescues, institutions, âgreenâ businesses or on private land under the care of responsible citizens.
Cities contend with abandoned pets and their feral offspring while rural areas deal with unscrupulous breeders who routinely release their unwanted stock. The non-native domestic rabbits soon become a problem for municipalities, businesses and neighbourhoods forced to deal with environmentally destructive natural behaviour like chewing and burrowing.
Itâs a tragedy for the loose bunnies as they will most likely be killed by predators, parasites, sport hunters or trappers hired for âpest controlâ.
Rabbitats can help build affordable colony housing for sterilized rabbits and educate new rabbit guardians on low maintenance and sustainable care. Controlled rabbit populations can replace feral colonies.
