In this role, you will design and implement marketing strategies to drive funding, scale our mission-driven initiatives, secure sponsorships and partnerships, and expand our healthcare and educational programs.Key Responsibilities: Secure funding at scale – Identify and pursue sponsorships, foundation grants, and institutional partnerships.Lead pitch competition efforts – Prepare decks, financials, and impact narratives; participate in live pitches for significant prize funding.Grow our social venture (Stretchy) – Drive enrollments and group sales.Build diverse partnerships – Engage NGOs, professional associations, government agencies, and community organizations.Support marketing & outreach – Align campaigns with high-value funding goals.Track performance – Report on revenue KPIs, pipeline progress, and competition outcomes.Lead, mentor, and support fundraising team members and volunteers.What You Bring Experience: 2 years in NGO business development, or marketing with a proven ability to grow initiatives and secure sponsorships and partnerships. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or related degree. Proven ability to pursue funding sourcesCommunication: Strong copywriting, pitch deck creation, and storytelling skills. Digital Marketing: Experience with social media and digital marketing platforms.
