Opportunity Description
Crazy8s is seeking general volunteers for the upcoming Gala Screening at The Centre downtown Vancouver, and Afterparty at Science World, both taking place on Saturday April 11, 2026! Please sign up here if you are interested to volunteer for the evening. Volunteer opportunities and duties include ushering, check-in, coat check, set-up and wrap-out, and more! Due to high volume of sign-ups we may not be able to bring on everyone who's interested, but we really appreciate your interest in volunteering and will keep you in mind for future events!

Crazy8s is a Vancouver-based film initiative run by the Crazy8s Film Society, a registered BC not-for-profit organization. Since 1999, it has supported emerging and mid-career Canadian filmmakers by providing funding, mentorship, and industry resources to produce professional short films. To date, Crazy8s has produced over 150 films that have screened and won awards at festivals worldwide.
