Health Together (HT) | Vancouver, BC & Fully Virtual

Health Together (HT) is a Vancouver-based global public health organization working from the unceded lands of the Coast Salish Nations. We are a team of health professionals, researchers, and advocates who believe that human health and the health of our planet are inseparable.

We are looking for Image Creators, such as artists, designers, and visual storytellers, to help us translate complex health and ecological data into beautiful, impactful, and culturally resonant visuals.

🌏 THE MISSION

Our work spans the globe, from analyzing marketing-to-kids policies to exploring planetary health through indigenous practices in South Africa and community initiatives in Japan. We need visual collaborators to help us create:

Educational Illustrations: Bringing health concepts and "planetary health" to life.

Social Impact Graphics: Engaging visuals for our digital platforms and global advocacy.

Brand Imagery: Helping define the "look and feel" of new initiatives (like our family planning and food system projects).

A Collaborative Team: You’ll work alongside experts in nutrition, epidemiology, and public health who are genuinely fun to collaborate with.

Flexibility: Fully remote and outcome-oriented. We respect your professional or academic schedule.

Visual Skillsets: Whether you are a digital illustrator, a graphic designer, a photographer, or a collage artist, we value diverse styles.

Purpose-Driven: An interest in using your creative skills for social change, global health, or environmental advocacy.

Cultural Curiosity: A desire to create work that is inclusive and respectful of the diverse international communities we serve.

All Levels Welcome: Students, emerging creatives, and seasoned pros are all encouraged to reach out.
