Health Together (HT) is a Vancouver-based planetary health organization, rooted in the unceded lands of the Coast Salish Nations and working entirely virtually — which means we warmly welcome collaborators from any corner of the world.

We are a team of highly qualified health professionals who believe that healing the planet and healing ourselves are the same project. We are also, we are told, genuinely fun to work with.

🌍 THE PROJECT

We are seeking volunteer poets and storytellers to help us find the human voice at the heart of two extraordinary international initiatives:

•⁠  ⁠An upcoming interview series in Japan, exploring planetary health through the perspectives of Japanese researchers, healers, and community voices — work that deserves language as considered and beautiful as the ideas themselves

•⁠  ⁠Later in the year, a deeply moving project in South Africa, drawing on the Zulu practice of Family Constellation — a tradition of collective healing, ancestral connection, and community wholeness that invites both witness and words

We are looking for people who can help us craft narratives, reflections, spoken word pieces, or poetic responses that bring these stories to life — for social media, for video, for the communities we serve, and for the world.

•⁠  ⁠Poets, spoken word artists, narrative storytellers, or creative writers of any background

•⁠  ⁠Curiosity about planetary health, cross-cultural healing, or the intersection of science and story

•⁠  ⁠Comfort with international themes and openness to the unfamiliar

•⁠  ⁠Emerging voices and experienced voices alike are equally welcome — what matters most is that you care about the work
