Carousel Theatre (Carousel Theatre is looking for Volunteer Ushers!)

• Appropriate for youth (i.e., less than 18)
• Appropriate for volunteers aged between 18 and 55
• Appropriate for volunteers aged 55 and over

Carousel Theatre is looking for volunteers for our last show of the 24/25 season!

“Stuart Little” runs April 23rd to May 11th at the Waterfront Theatre on Granville Island

Ushers will help out with patron and school group management during our shows. This includes:
– Answering questions and providing friendly customer service to patrons.
– Assisting individuals to and from their seats.
– Taking tickets at the door.
– Monitoring the audience during the show to ensure safety and that theatre rules are being followed.

During your shift you will get to watch the show FOR FREE! There are some other benefits as well:
– For any show in our season that you volunteer for, you are entitled to 2 free tickets for any performance in that run.
– An opening night invite to Carousel Theatre produced shows.
– A letter confirming hours volunteered is available upon request.
