The Sustainability Office was established to support the work of the Senior Sustainability Council in the development of SFU’s Sustainability Strategic Plan, to support and facilitate the University-wide effort to implement the plan, to maintain programs already established, and to develop new programs to support University-wide sustainability initiatives.

The Sustainability Office provides institutional support and coordination for departments, units, groups and individuals to advance sustainability initiatives at and beyond SFU and is the central hub for sustainability innovation at SFU.
