We are an Indigenous non-profit organization providing services and programs for our community to acknowledge our past, present and future generations. Through our various events and programs, we provide supported services for indigenous children, youth, individuals and families.

Fraser Riverkeeper is a non-profit registered Canadian charity, and a licensed member of the international Waterkeeper Alliance.

We are dedicated to the protection and restoration of the Fraser River and its watershed— and our encompassing mission is to ensure the right of all citizens to safely swim, drink, and fish in BC waters.

Fraser Riverkeeper is a founding partner of the National Water Centre.

Free Geek is a nonprofit community organization that reduces the environmental impact of waste electronics by reusing and recycling donated technology. Through community engagement we provide education, job skills training, Internet access and free or low cost computers to the public.

The Board of Directors of The Friends of Jericho Arts Centre (FOJACS), is the not for profit society that manages the Jericho Arts Centre - a busy Vancouver west side theatre space where both community and professional theatre groups produce their work.

Frog Hollow Neighbourhood House empowers local residents in Hastings-Sunrise to improve our community together. We do this by providing ongoing programs and services to residents of all ages and by supporting various community development initiatives. Our mission is to play a leadership role in creating our community together by connecting people and strengthening their capacity to create change.

Frontier College is a national non-profit literacy organization that has been working with kids, teens, and adults for over 100 years. We connect with diverse communities and respond to specific learning needs and gifts, in order to develop and deliver inclusive literacy-based activities for all learners. We work in partnership with community-based programs in multiple locations around Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. Through tutor recruitment, training, and placement we support individuals and communities in reaching their literacy and learning goals.

GLOCAL Foundation of Canada is a non-partisan, non-profit organization striving to empower residents in Canada to integrate a solid, creative domestic engagement with a nuanced global understanding in politics, business, academics and philanthropy.

We aim to provide innovative programs and cross-sectoral resources to encourage residents in Canada to be civically aware and democratically engaged. Our team is composed of staff, consultants, advisors, and volunteers from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds who dedicate themselves in having Canadians’ voices heard and understood.

Learning is a lifelong journey with challenges and difficulties, during which we grow and gain confidence. In the GRIT learning hub, we provide professional, passionate academic support in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics). Our educational support ranges from Grade 1 through Grade 12 in an encouraging and highly supportive environment.

We also incorporate the GRIT spirit in our education method, utilizing passion and perseverance to educate students to achieve their long-term success throughout their lives. Our curriculum encourages students to take thoughtful risks, engage in experimental learning, problem-solve, and embrace teamwork for inspirational support. Our focus and devotion to education prepare students for the confidence and abilities to meet and exceed any educational challenges.

In August 2007 we started the "Gaby Davis Foundation" in memory of our daughter Gabrielle Davis who lost her battle with childhood cancer in March 2007. Her brave fight against cancer and her thoughtfulness towards other children with cancer inspired us to help other families fighting this terrible beast. The Gaby Davis Foundation seeks to improve a child's quality of life during cancer treatment by providing financial aid and support to children with cancer and their families at BC Children's Hospital, Surrey Memorial Hospital and Canuck Place. We believe that children with cancer will receive the most consistent medical care when their parents can focus on them, rather than the additional burdens caused by a cancer diagnosis.

Gaia Community Care and Wellness Society (Gaia Cares) is a charitable organization incorporated in British Columbia in 2018 that aims to support the health and wellness of Chinese and other older adults and their families. Through its programs and services, Gaia Cares provides seniors and those caring for them with the knowledge, skills, and nurturing support they need to ease the stresses of aging. Gaia Cares received its status as a registered charity through Canada Revenue Agency , effective from April 1, 2019

We promote the health and wellbeing of Chinese and other ethnic seniors and their caregivers. Our culturally and linguistically appropriate services include information sharing, education, training, counselling, and physical and emotional support.

We provide seniors with essential support services that enable them to age comfortably and independently at home and defer the need for admissions to long-term care facilities.

The Gastown Business Improvement Society, a not-for-profit association, promotes the shared interests of commercial property owners and businesses located within the neighbourhood boundaries, supporting the area’s growth and development, while making a positive impact on the community.

The Gastrointestinal Society is the leader in providing trusted, evidence-based information on all areas of the gastrointestinal tract. We are are committed to improving the lives of people with GI and liver conditions by supporting research, advocating for appropriate patient access to health care, and promoting gastrointestinal and liver health.
