TUTS has always depended on the hard work and dedication of our volunteer team! Over 200 members contribute their time, energy, and skills to make each season a great success! We require energetic, committed individuals to help in the front of house: ushering, taking tickets, greeting, and staffing the coffee bar and bar.

Stream of Dreams is inviting anyone looking for volunteer hours to come assist us in our Fish on Fences programs!Students will have an opportunity to learn all about environmental stewardship and the importance of our fish, specifically pacific salmon, and then have the opportunity to paint their very own "Dream fish" We encourage creativity with students, and we ask our volunteers assistance in making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. This is a perfect volunteering opportunity for anyone who is looking for a career in child education, and also for anyone with spare time on their hands looking to help make a difference!We will be volunteering at different schools across British Columbia, but primarily focusing on the lower mainland. Results is a nonprofit advocacy organization of passionate staff and volunteers committed to generating the political will to end extreme poverty in low- and middle-income countries. We focus our work on global health, access to quality education and economic opportunities. What does political will mean? We believe in mobilizing everyday people (our volunteers) to influence the Government of Canada. We direct our energy and efforts at government decision makers like party leaders, Members of Parliament and senators because they have the power to improve policies and make the monetary investments needed to end extreme poverty. We also raise awareness by writing letters to the editor (LTEs) and op-eds, using social media, fundraising and more. Oftentimes the first step is putting these issues on the radar — and keeping the pressure on. It might seem like a small step, but it all adds up into impact. commitment: 1 year minimum, 1-2 hours per week on average support structure: Volunteers (virtually) meet in local groups on a monthly basis and rely on their group leader(s) for guidance. Attending other virtual calls and webinars led by Results staff is recommended. Nous concentrons notre travail sur la santé mondiale, l’accès à une éducation de qualité et l’inclusion économique. Nous concentrons notre énergie et nos efforts à mobiliser les décideurs et décideuses politiques comme les chef.fe.s de partis, député.es, sénateurs et sénatrices, car ils et elles détiennent le pouvoir d’améliorer les politiques et de faire les investissements requis pour éradiquer l’extrême pauvreté.
