Swim Drink Fish works at the confluence of water, people, and storytelling, using community science, technology, and communications to connect people to water. Swim Drink Fish initiatives are active in 171 communities in 11 countries.

As a volunteer-led group, the Swim Drink Fish vision of creating swimmable, drinkable, fishable water for everyone started with people. It’s this vision that has connected people to the water’s edge and given communities access to their local waters. Our vision has come to fruition, and continues to grow, thanks to the power of community-based action.

We use the tools of a diverse group of passionate water lovers with the same goal in mind: swimmable, drinkable, fishable water for everyone. Our vision has never wavered, and that’s why the past is powering our present and the future, as we continue to look forward with people powering us there.

TES Theatre Company exists to offer young people safe, inclusive, and supportive programs in which to flex their creativity and realize their authentic visions for theatrical production. We are absolutely unique in that we give participants the reins to envision, plan, produce, direct, craft, and of course perform, in their own theatrical works. The achievements are wholly their own. Based on democratic principles of education, in which young people are afforded value, respect, and latitude, and in which young people are fully welcomed to be themselves, TES Theatre Company takes emerging artists seriously. We are an offspring of TES (Transforming Education Society), and we continue to support young people to define and pursue their own voice, inspiration, and creative passion.

The Terry Fox Foundation is responsible for supporting close to $20 million in discovery based research each year in Canada - all monies raised outside Canada must be distributed to (a) an institute approved by the Foundation and its advisors or (b) remitted to Canada. The Terry Fox Research Institute (TFRI) is a recipient of TFF funding for translational research. TFRI is an exciting new initiative whose goal is to translate rapidly today's best science into better cancer treatment and diagnosis for all Canadians. The Institute will bring scientists and clinicians together across the country into a functionally integrated, geographically dispersed Institute with nodes in several provinces.
The Foundation recognizes the duality of its mandate. Not only does it raise money for research, but it also continues to share the story of Terry Fox. The Terry Fox Foundation strives to maintain the heroic effort and integrity that Terry embodied.
